- Whose API keys does Zilpo use?
- Yours, when it matters. You connect your own Meta Ads, Google Ads, Razorpay, Stripe, and so on — Zilpo never resells your accounts. We provide the AI model out of the box and let you bring your own LLM key if you prefer.
- Will it work if I don't have a business yet?
- Yes. Tell Zilpo your idea in one sentence; it'll suggest a name, check the domain, build the landing page, write the first week of content, and draft your first ad — all before you've registered the company.
- Is my data safe?
- Every credential is encrypted per-user and only decrypted on the server when running your task. Your data is yours — exportable any time, deletable on demand.
- Which social platforms are supported?
- Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and LinkedIn at launch. More on the way as we get approved by each platform's API.
- What's the 2% transaction fee?
- When Zilpo handles a customer transaction for you (via your connected Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal), we charge 2% of the gross amount as the platform fee. Your processor's own fee is separate. Free tier and trial users don't pay this until they start transacting.
