Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want Zilpo AI to be worth what you pay for it. If it isn't, we'll make it right.
1. Free plan
The Free plan is — as the name suggests — free. There is nothing to refund.
2. Paid plans — 7-day money-back guarantee
Pro and Team subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, write to team@thezilpo.com from your account email and we will refund the full subscription amount. No questions, no friction.
3. After 7 days
Beyond the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from Settings — your access will continue until the end of the period you have paid for and will not renew after that.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation is one click in the dashboard. We will not charge you again after you cancel. Your data remains accessible for the rest of your paid period and is removed per our Privacy Policy after account deletion.
5. Failed transactions
If your payment is debited but your subscription is not activated within 24 hours, email team@thezilpo.com with your transaction reference and we will activate the subscription or refund within 5 business days.
6. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The amount is credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank). Bank processing can add a further 3–5 business days depending on your provider.
