Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zilpo AI ("Zilpo", "we", "our", "us"), operated from India under the brand name Zilpo AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service

Zilpo is an AI platform that helps founders run their business — building and editing websites, drafting and scheduling social media, managing CRM and ad campaigns, generating content, and related tasks. The service relies on AI models that may produce imperfect or unexpected output; you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or acting on it.

2. Account

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for the security of your sign-in email and any actions performed under your account.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Zilpo to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Generate, distribute, or attempt to publish illegal content, spam, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes intellectual property.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the service.
  • Use Zilpo to send unsolicited bulk email, automated messaging that violates the receiving platform's rules, or to scrape data from third parties without consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these rules.

4. Connected services

When you connect a third-party service (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Zoho, Razorpay, Stripe, etc.) you authorize Zilpo to act on that service on your behalf to the extent of the permissions you granted. You remain solely responsible for:

  • The actions Zilpo takes on those services at your direction, including any ad spend, transactions, or content published.
  • Compliance with each connected service's own terms (e.g. Meta's advertising policies, LinkedIn's platform rules).
  • Maintaining the account, API access, and billing relationship with each connected service.

5. Your content

You own the content you input and the AI-generated content produced from your prompts. You grant Zilpo a limited, non- exclusive license to process this content solely to provide the service.

6. Our content

The Zilpo product, brand, design, and code are owned by us. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service per these Terms. You may not copy, resell, or rebrand the service.

7. Subscription, billing, and refunds

Pricing is shown on thezilpo.com/#pricing. Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

8. AI output disclaimer

AI output can be incorrect, biased, or unsuitable for a specific situation. Zilpo provides AI output "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, publishing it, or taking action based on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zilpo's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or where required by law. On termination we delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
